At Diamond D Bar Ranch and Outfitters we believe that everyone should be able to see beautiful country, spend time with family and friends and catch a fish or two. If that isn’t your style, we can add to beautiful country, time with family and friends and throw in cattle driving for the adventurous souls out there.

We provide full guided and drop camp fishing trips to numerous high mountain lakes and streams.
If hiking is your thing we can pack your supplies in and out and let you enjoy your time in the mountains without having to lose a day or two to packing in.
Want to see the fall colors or the Rocky Mountains that no one else gets to see from their cars? Book a trip that will take your breath away and that will keep your camera very busy.
With the abundance of wildlife and scenery this kind of trip can be very enjoyable and relaxing. Don’t forget, this trip will include horses and tents!

Cattle drives are offered from June until August.
We have 2 big drives, the first is when we turn the cattle out on the range and the second one is in the late fall when we bring the cattle home from South Fork to Del Norte.
All other cattle drives are day rides where the cattle are moved on the range from one location to another, these day rides range from easy to hard depending on where the cattle need to be moved from and to.

Generally we do not do horseback day rides, but with enough notice of your intent to go on a short ride we can arrange to accommodate your wishes.
